Today, I’m working at The Hauser Design Group on a complete website redesign focused on mobile users for Bill Keene: The Best Family Lawyer in Ottawa, Illinois. Website redesign projects are fun, but they are also extremely important. When done properly, they allow you to make a website look better, while at the same time improving the user experience.

You’ll often see this referred to as UX. If someone tells you they are a “UI/UX Specialist“, it means they work on the User Interface (how people navigate or interact with your website or app) and the User Experience (the experience provided by your website or app as users browse your content, purchase an item, schedule a call, or convert in some other way).

Both should be discussed & improved during a website redesign.

Your website designer should be leading this charge, explaining key concepts along the way… if they are not, it might be time to hire a Professional Website Project Manager to get things on track so you can max out your ROI.
