Video production is one of my favorite things to work on. I’ve been involved with many different projects, in different fields and for different purposes:
- Raising Money
- Educating Customers
- Boosting Brand Awareness
- Increasing Sales
VIdeos can take your brand to the next level – especially if you are a contractor or small business selling a physical product. See, often times we’ll hear people on the “know-it-all” sites tell you “buy my course, and I’ll help you make a video with your phone – it’s all you need!“
Not true.
A website platform will not sell your product. It won’t get people to join your mailing list. It won’t make Google send “free traffic” your way.
These things take experience.
A tool that takes video – like a phone – will not make your end result engaging or effective. This also takes someone with experience to edit and sharpen the delivery & message, unless you are one of the lucky ones with God-given talent and magnetism.
I’m not – so I’m still working on my craft… let me know if you want help with a video project.
The Super Shear is an informational video that shows the #1 spray foam saw in action. This project was fun and involved taping and interviewing “in the field,” which is something I love to do.
Super Shear: The BEST Saw for Spray Foam!
How to Fish a Creek: Part 1 is a video from my fishing journal, Stars & Bars Fishing. Stars & Bars is a living journal that allows me to archive my fishing escapades and review what I have learned.

The Minimalist Fisherman is another site I run that focuses on becoming a better fisherman, and a better man. We do project videos and product reviews where we summarize our in-the-field testing of different lures & baits.
