The following example is a 2-pager (PDF) that will be sent to clients falling in the “self-managed” category. This means that they want to be given the material, and then instruct their team when and where to watch or read what.

Then page two is a simple checklist that includes additional information to facilitate discussion. It’s set up as a printable checklist that is easy to read and understand.

This checklist can be hung up in any high traffic area, so progress and updates can be seen by everyone on the team.
